1.       What is the cost?

–          The cost is $100 before July 19, and $110 thereafter.  This includes all meals, games, conference t-shirt, and trip to Cedar Point. For every 15 teens, one adult attends free!

4.       Is there lodging / accommodations?

–          Hotel Lodging: There are area hotels offering special rates for conference attendees

–          Our Christian School building is available on a first-come-first serve basis, at $5 per person, per night (please provide your name and numbers and we can prepare for your arrival)

5.       Will a nursery be provided?

–          Nursery will be provided for evening services only

6.       What is the dress code?

–          Girls: wear modest, knee-length culottes for morning sessions and afternoon activities; knee-length skirts or dresses for dinner and evening services; no tight-fitting or low-cut clothing is permitted.
Guys: wear modest jeans or casual pants for the morning / afternoon activities; T-shirts that advertise worldly items or lifestyles should not be worn; nice casual pants and collared shirts should be worn for dinner and evening services.

8.       Do I have to pay immediately?

–          If you are able to pay now, please send a check to Cleveland Baptist Church. If not, you can pay in person, but please make sure to register as soon as possible.

10.      Can we come to GLYC, but skip Cedar Point?

–          If you prefer not to attend the Cedar Point activity, registration cost is $65 per person if registered on or before July 20 and $75 thereafter.

Christian School Lodging: Youth groups may choose to stay at the Cleveland Baptist Church, in our air-conditioned school building, but they must register early to take advantage of this opportunity. Since Registration does not include lodging, this option is only available on a first-come-first serve basis, at $5 per person, per night (please provide your church name and numbers, so we can adequately prepare for your arrival).
